How to Check Availability Online Anytime:
Go to your Caravan tour web page and select “Dates, Prices & Availability.” Click a date on the Calendar, modify rooms or guests as needed. If “Available” you may continue to price details and hold space. You will need to create an online account with Caravan.

Hold Space Free for up to 3 days. Then, $300 deposit per person.

Full Payment: Due 60 days prior to the start of most tours, (Colombia 90 days, Peru 150 days). If full payment is not received by the due date, Caravan may cancel the reservation without notice. Bookings made after the full payment due date require immediate full payment.
