Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.   • Marketing Emails. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will have the option of opting out and/or unsubscribing from our emails and mailing lists by adjusting your marketing preferences by following the directions at the bottom of one of our marketing emails. Please note, if you choose not to receive marketing emails, you may still continue to receive transactional or account emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
